Payroll:
·Setting up a smooth salary administration together with the current salary administrator to align with European Financial and HR regulations; checking of the salary process and taking care of the timely and correctly payments of the salary and related payments;
·Periodically checks on individual files regarding mutations and reporting the results;
·Analyzing personnel related costs and do reporting
·Monthly reporting the tax reports to the Tax authorities;
·Advising in all salary related matters and following the corporate HR strategy;
·Reporting pay roll process for the designated area;
·Participate project HR system and taking care of the systems and reporting to the local management and HQ;
·Contacting the payroll vendors. Coordinating and checking the requirements to professionalize the pay rolling process;
·Dealing with employee requests and questions regarding salary, benefits, tax and social security via telephone or e-mail;
·Writing the salary process policy/ protocols;
·Administer and reporting in the finance department of the salary mutations set by HR
·Assisting on (internal and external-) auditors, accountants, HQ departments and/or tax authorities’ request.
HR administration
·Back up and support all other kinds of HR administration tasks: maintaining the systems, contracts, letters etc.
·Responsible for reviewing and setting amendments to HR related policy and procedure.
·Expat management, including applying for permits
HR Support:
·provide HR support to staff and team managers at their requests in a timely manner;
·ensure first class support and services being provided
·Promote the company's corporate culture via various means;
·Handling long term sick cases
·Responsible for the total employee lifecycle together with local colleagues and colleagues at HQ.
