July 2007, the branch of Bank of China (Europe) S.A in Rotterdam, the Netherlands was officially opened. Bank of China (Europe) S.A. Rotterdam Branch is the first branch of the Bank of China in the Netherlands as well as the first Chinese financial institution in the Netherlands. Drawing on the distinctive tax structure and the sound financial system of the Netherlands, the Bank of China (Europe) S.A. Rotterdam Branch is dedicated to providing high-quality financial services to corporate customers and individual customers from both China and the Netherlands.

1. Business Support: Responsible for back-office clearing and treasury system operations.
2. End-User Support: Provide responsive and effective technical assistance to end-users issues in Window OS, banking systems, printers or desk phones, including hardware and software problems;
3. User Account Management: Create, modify and disable user accounts in active directory. Assist with password resets and access requests.
4. Data analysis and system development: Be invoiced in data analysis projects or development of RPA to assist with daily business operations.

1. Education: Bachelor of above
2. Professional experience: Within 3 year working experience
3. Qualifications and skills:
 1) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
 2) Willingness to stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices in data analysis and system development;
 3) Willingness to learn bank business operations.
4. Knowledge of languages: Excellent command of Chinese and English, both spoken and written. Dutch is a plus.
5. Knowledge of computer programs: Good knowledge in data analysis tools and platform (e.g. SQL, Excel Macro, Python Libraries etc.)
