Job Responsibilities
1、负责制定国家/区域内中长期销售策略,促进公司业务可持续发展; 
2、负责区域内的客/用户开发,寻找商机线索,传递并推广公司产品和解决方案的价值; 
3、制定相关客户的业务发展计划,定期进行客户拜访,组织相关产品技术及业务培训赋能工作,对齐双方业务计划及进度,保障长期共赢的合作关系; 
4、作为第一责任人负责协调解决业务过程中的所有问题,保障客户合作满意度; 
5、 通过销售工具完成日常业务过程中的业务数据积累,定期分析复盘发现业务执行中的不足并对业务策略修正达成更高挑战;
1. Formulating overall sales strategy in the country / region and facilitate sustainable business development.  
2. Responsible for customer / user development in the region, looking for business opportunities, promoting company's products and the value of the problem solving solutions.  
3. Formulate business development plans for relevant customers and visit customer on a regular basis, organize relevant product technical and business training. Ensure work plans are in high synchronization with customer, in order to have a long-term and win-win cooperation.  
4.Responsible for coordinating and solving the problems during business collaboration, continuously improve customer satisfaction.
5. Complete the business data accumulation using sales tools, regularly assess and analyze the improvements could make in business implementation, and adjust business strategy for higher challenges.  

Job Requirements
1、本科及以上学历;计算机、电子、通信,自动化类专业或市场营销等相关专业为佳;
2、三年及以上ERP,安防,通信,自动化行业大客户销售经验或集成类项目销售或技术经验;
3、解决问题为导向的思维模式,诚信务实,有担当,同时具有高度热情和良好的团队合作意识;
4、具备良好的沟通能力,和归纳总结能力;英语能够作为工作语言;熟练掌握两门以上外语优先;
5、愿意在3-5年内常驻海外,有海外工作经历优先。
1. Bachelor degree or above; Computer, electronics, communication, automatization or marketing majors are preferred.
2. Have three years and above experience in ERP, CCTV, tele communication, automatization industry, key Customer sales experience or integration project sales experience  
3. Problem solving oriented, honest, pragmatic and responsible, highly enthusiastic and a team player;
4. Good communication skills, English can be used as working language; Proficiency in two or more foreign languages is preferred;
5. Willing to stay overseas for 3-5 years, overseas working experience is preferred.
