• Responsible for pre-sales support of products and problem-solving solutions, assisting sales to research and analyze customer demand, formulating technical proposal and tender, expounding on technical solutions, demonstrating products and answering technical inquiries. 

• Assist sales to promote and sell products and problem-solving solutions. 

• Collect and feedback customer’s opinions on products and technology to the technical department. • Deepen solutions according to customer’s demand, and assist technical engineers in implementing solutions.
