Our client company is now seeking a Key Account Manager for the Belgium region Hainaut, Brabant-Wallon et Bruxelles).
1. Making regular visits to Tier 2 customers (Installers, system Integrators) to develop positive working relationships. 2. Choosing and approaching installers or system integrators to sign into the Dealer Partner Program. 3. Developing process improvements to optimize Dealers management activities. 4. Working with distributors to develop project quotations to Dealers. 5. Evaluating Dealers sales performance, and recommend improvements. 6. Staying up to date with latest the developments in the marketplace and competitor activities. 7. Establishing, directing, managing, coordinating and evaluating varied components of company’s DPP (Dealer Partner Program) sales program, where necessary. 8. Reviewing the market to determine customer needs, volume potential, pricing and competition. 9. Working closely with Marketing, Product Management and Sales to continually refine and improve our market position; assisting in the development of messaging, sales tools, campaigns, promotions and necessary marketing plans. 10. Analyzing sales statistics, market conditions and competitive landscape. 11. Conducting regular business plan reviews with Dealers to ensure company goals and strategies are understood and being achieved and implemented.
1. Experience as a (Key) Account Manager preferably in the video surveillance industry. 2. Experience in handling projects preferably in the video surveillance industry. 3. A strong network within the surveillance industry field in French part of Belgium. 4. Ability to effectively utilize resources to solve issues and create solutions for customer and partner needs and problems. 5. Ability to foster a cooperative working relationship with management and colleagues. 6. Skilled in customer relations, strong business planning and implementation skills. 7. Ability to maintain a positive company image and brand. 8. Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly. 9. Well-developed written and verbal communication, listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. 10. Well-organized and able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. 11. A fast ability to gain knowledge. 12. A courteous and professional demeanor. 13. Ability to conduct well-organized training sessions and convey technical information clearly at all levels. 14. Ability to work well under pressure and effectively handle peak volumes of work. 15. Intermediate to advanced computer skills. 16. Fluent in French. Knowledge of the Dutch/English language is a plus. 17. Willingness to travel.
