- Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels

- Receiving and checking deliveries to ensure that the correct amount and type of stock is delivered

- Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments

- Reporting all breakages and spills

- Preparing our clients' orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy

- Tracking and fixing shipping errors

- Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards

- Developing processes that make it more efficient and organized

- HBO diploma or equivalent

- Excellent communication and strong problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software

- Good management and organizational skills

- English speaking is must, Chinese speaking is an advantage
