Job Responsibilities

1. First-line Local Support
Source-to-Pay support with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, throughout in the process of procurement execution. Enhance process compliance + user experience both internally & externally by timely reactions in addressing queries & problem solving.
2. Procurement Execution
Hands on daily source-to-pay procurement process with multiple categories coverage (mainly in IT & Telcom, Admin, Facility Services & Consumables), using Alibaba / Cainiao in-house procurement platform.
3. Supplier Management
Support supplier onboarding includes profile validation, online registration & act as window of any trouble-shooting in the process. Develop sound local supplier base according to business users’ plan.
4. Contract Management
Keep constant collaboration as well as other regional functional teams (Finance, Legal, HR) in contract management & fulfillment. Monitoring contract lifecycle from creation to expiration & renewal. Highlight & support business users to address contractual issue timely & properly.
5. Procurement Data Support
Data reporting & analysis on procurement executions, contract management & other key performance indicators on regular basis.



Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree in supply chain, business management, finance, or related disciplines.
2. Experienced & sound content knowledge in at least one indirect category as – IT, Professional Services, Logistics or Facility Services. Cross-category experience will be a plus.
3. Fast learner in a very dynamic environment. Patient with sense of customer care, open-minded and willing to proactively weigh in problem solving.
4. Proficient in English. Chinese will be a plus.
5. Analytical & data sensitive. Familiar with online procurement tools as well as major IT tools. Advance user of Excel and Power Point, database tools (SQL, Access) will be a plus.
