Job Description

1. Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system.
2. Track and trace all air Import/Export files and report the status/updates internally and to the customers.
3. To transpose customs declaration information from documents, and or other data sources, into the customs brokerage system accurately.
4. Consistently work on maintaining good understanding, communication and relationship with our customers, trucking companies and others.
5. Fully understand and execute the air import process and be proactive involved in looking for best practices to improve the operational process to be more effective, efficient and productive.
6. Ensure all customers standard operating procedures are followed and updated in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
7. To manage and meet required internal and external KPI’s.
8. Responsibility for costing jobs and ensuring maximum profitability for the organization.
9. Ability to manage deadlines and sometimes difficult situations, therefore an element of negotiation and flexibility is required in order to be able to meet timescales.
