Bllsledlighting B.V. is an international manufacturing company specializing in led lighting and intelligent electronic products. It was established in 2013 as an independent trading division of sharp lump Light co, Ltd. which is located in Shenzhen city, Guangdong province, we have a more than 10,000 square meters warehouse which is located in Amersfoort city, NL. Always keep huge stocks which are more than 20 million Euro and keep good relations with many buyers all over the EU market. Until now our market team is only from China and now we would like to set up our EU Market team.

We have a more than 20,000 square meters factory with 600 workers in Guangdong, We sell high-quality led lights with 5 years warranty. In the meanwhile, we are also a strategic partner of Philips lighting. We are not your average trading company, we value our customer services and our product qualities. We are also one of the top led lights factories in China.


The company has purchased a warehouse of 12,000 square meters by itself in the Netherland.

Job Responsibilities
1. Making regular visits to partners to develop positive working relationships, providing current information about new products and enhancements, webshops customer service.
2. Developing process improvements to optimize partner management activities;
3. Working with partners to develop sale proposals, quotations, and prices;
4. Evaluating partner sales performance and recommending improvements;
5. Forecasting all revenue, product, and budgetary expectations for each account in Channel/Distribution sales;
6. Staying up to date with the latest developments in the marketplace and competitor activities;
7. Addressing partner-related issues, sales conflicts, and pricing issues promptly;
8. Working closely with Marketing, Product Management, and Sales to continually refine and improve our market position; assisting in the development of messaging, sales tools, campaigns, promotions, and necessary marketing plans;
9. Working with Finance to resolve credit issues and keep accounts in good standing;
10. Analyzing sales statistics, market conditions, and competitive landscape;
11. Conduct regular business plan reviews with customers to ensure company goals and strategies are understood, achieved, and implemented.


Job Requirements 
1. Bachelor’s  Degree
2. An interest in led lighting and intelligent electronic products;
3. Proven sales  working experience in related industry is a plus;
4. A great passion for sales & market, and a good understanding of it, as well as some technical background;
5. Well target reorganization and orientation;
6. A valid Driving License is required;
7. Good English is a must, prefer Dutch, German, French, Italian, and Spanish.
