Job Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with in-house sales team to promote accurate and timely processing of orders for customers
2. Manage picking and packing of all products according to shipping orders
3. Provide assistance for maintaining logistics planning tasks
4. Scan orders into computer and track shipments across multiple channels
5. Customer service issues from a supply chain compliance perspective
6. Track and report on both inbound and outbound shipments
7. Conduct physical cataloguing, warehousing, inventorying, material control coordination and data entry assisting different supply activities
