Jet International Logistics (NL) is a fast-growing international logistic supplier with China-based HDQ and more than 17 branches overseas. With our business's development, we are currently looking for a finance intern for our financial management. The Location is based in Schiphol, the Netherlands.

We are looking for a Financial intern to support our day-to-day transactions, including expenses and invoice issues. Finance intern responsibilities include processing payments, maintaining cost reports, and managing invoices. If you have an accounting background and are interested in procedures like tax management and budget preparation, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you’ll help maintain our company’s financial health and make sure we use our resources beneficially.

Job Responsibilities

1. Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions

2. Prepare balance sheets

3. Track and reconcile bank statements

4. Create expense/revenue/AR/cost analysis reports, prepare the monthly forecast

5. Process tax payments

6. Support monthly payroll and keep organized records

7. Record accounts payable and accounts receivable

8. Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers, and partners as needed

9. Provide administrative support during budget preparation

10. Participate in quarterly and annual audits
