To achieve this growth, we are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor, based in the Netherlands, to join our operations team. JDL provides customized logistics solutions on the field of fulfillment, in a state of art environment. We are ready to welcome you to make an impact in the logistics world.

Job Responsibilities

1. Coordinating the work and carry out

2. Realizing the daily planning/workload

3. Ensuring that the set KPIs are pursued and achieved

4. Distributing the daily operational activities and acting as first point of contact for the employees

5. Provide input for projects to improve the logistics processes and procedures

6. Observing and enforcing legal, company and safety regulations

7. Monitoring progress and quality; in the event of deviations, consulting with the Warehouse manager

1. You have HBO working and thinking level

2. You are a team player

3. Pro-active, good communicator, negotiation and team management skills

4. At least 3 years management experience in warehousing and/or logistics-related areas

5. Familiarity with warehouse management software

6. Excellent skills with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint

7. Excellent knowledge of English language, A second language: Dutch, will be a big plus
