JDL is a fast growing international supply chain service provider (3PL) and a business unit of JD.com. We are a young team, have been around in Europe for just a few years - and are growing rapidly. To achieve this growth, we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist, based in the Netherlands, to join our customer care team. JDL provides customized logistics solutions on the field of fulfillment, in a state of art environment. We are ready to welcome you to make an impact in the logistics world.


Job Responsibilities

1. You are happy to help our customers with their day to day business

2. Handle customer enquiries with appropriate and timely follow up

3. You have passion for e-commerce / logistics and understand the fulfillment industry

4. You ensure that you understand questions from the customers very well - and know how to convert these questions into a suitable solution



Job Requirements
1. You enjoy providing exceptional customer service and solving challenges
2. You are pro -active
3. Good communication skills
4. Excellent knowledge of the Dutch and English language; A third language; Mandarin Chinese, will be a big plus
5. You have HBO working and thinking level
6. At least 3 years of experience with customer care
7. You have a great sense of responsibility, cultural sensitivity and are result-oriented
8. Excellent skills with Microsoft Office
