Company Introduction 
Our client company formerly known as China Smart Logistics Network, is a Chinese logistics company, jointly with eight other companies, on 28 May 2013. As of May 2018, Our client company was one of the largest unicorn companies in China, valued at 100 billion yuan.

Our client company ensures delivery within 24 hours to any region of China. The company also shares resources with other logistics companies.


Job Responsibilities
  1. Supporting our Polish subsidiary and Eastern European region. Contract reviewing and negotiation under the Polish and other Eastern European local law of the daily business operation of our Polish subsidiaries. Setting up contract template, including supplier contract, DSP logistics service procurement contract, as well as self-pickup, truck and transportation service sales contract; local office leasing, professional services procurement contracts and public tenders;

  2. Conduct compliance risk assessment and risk control for our Polish and other Easter Europe subsidiaries, provide legal advice on compliance risks, issue improvement plans, and cooperate with relevant departments to close compliance risks, including labor compliance, data compliance, EHS compliance, etc.;

  3. Follow up the compliance requirements and legislative trends of local laws and regulations for our Spanish business, such as market surveillance, transportation laws, data protection laws, etc.;

  4. Responsible for the application, follow-up and management of qualifications, licenses and licenses required for our local business;

  5. Connect with local law firms, introduce and manage local law firm resources;

  6. Coordinate and support other EU projects\cases\contract\legal opinion etc.;

  7. Provide legal advice to a wide variety of stakeholders on issues, including but not limited to company, customs, health and safety, labour, real estate, property management, confidentiality and privacy , intellectual property.



Job Requirements 
  1. min. 3-5 years PQE, experience in logistics industry is preferred;

  2. At least 2-3 years’ experience in law firm for labour or litigation or M&A areas; 

  3. Fluent Polish and English in writing and speaking;

  4. Qualified to practice law in a EU country is plus;

  5. Law degree of a renowned law school;

  6. Strong negotiation and communication skills; 

  7. Good team player, strong analytical skill and project management.
