After-sales Service Engineer

Job Description

• Responsible for locating and handing problems of daily maintenance products in Europe

• Responsible for software/hardware maintenance of European products

• Responsible for the preparation of product test and maintenance report

• Responsible for summarizing the daily problems of the product and compiling the maintenance manual

• Cooperate with the R&D team of the headquarters to locate, test and feedback product problems
  
  

• Fluent English, Chinese speaking is a plus
• Legally resident in the Netherlands with a visa
• Above 1 year experience professional in related field, with a preferred former role in the surveillance and security industry
• Bachelor degree in IT, Telecom or electronic engineering
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are, and firm and accurate in sharing information
• Always look for solutions and have real team spirit
