For our office at Amsterdam Schiphol, we are currently looking for a full-time Project Supervisor.



Job Responsibilities

  • You will be the main contact between our Global Key Accounts and internal stake holders
  • Manage and execute tender RFQ’s; negotiate with suppliers, process pricing methods and tender submissions
  • Set-up and manage SOP’s with overseas and local clients, partners and internal departments
  • Identify and optimize projects related communication/work processes
  • Support with transportation resource expansion planning
  • Present and evaluate Monthly/Quarterly KPI’s
  • Train and supervise project team; manage and monitor daily work progresses
  • Manage a project’s finances to ensure that costs are controlled within budget


Job Requirements
  • Min. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain Management
  • Min. 2 years’ experience in contract logistics/project operations is preferred
  • Commercial driven, creative and problem solving
  • Able to work under pressure, with excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in English and Chinese. Dutch would be a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
