Thermal Security Business Development Manager

The infrared thermography product line ranges from sensors, modules to full-featured products.
Job Responsibilities
Our client company’s subsidiary is now looking for a Thermal Security Business Development Manager in Germany office, who should have full experiences in security business and market (thermal/infrared preferred), maintaining existing customers/integrators with strategies and data analysis capability; developing Thermal Security market by approaching and building solid relationship with Distributors, Integrators End Users; basic technical comprehension and support.
The successful candidate should be able to deliver on the following key tasks:
- Bilingual: fluent German and English,Chinese is a plus
- Great business sense
- Great communication and negotiation skills
- Initiative, Honesty and Integrity
- Positive and proactive
- Work closely with colleagues from different teams
- Prepare market and sales reports required by the management
- A good attitude to undertake multiple tasks and pressure
- Sales or Technical background, 3+ experiences in the security or IT industry is a plus.
- Experience in thermal or infrared markets is highly preferred.
- The ability to be open minded to working in a multi-cultural company.
- You are self-driven and ambitious to be part of a winning culture.
- You have strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal ability.
- Maintaining existing partners and cultivate good business relations and the brand penetration.
- Develop the target markets, and carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys
- Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
- Perform lobbying in associations and interest groups.
- Position HikMicro as the preferred product for consultants.
- Acquire basic technical knowledge.
- Prepare reports required by the management.
- Ability to work well undertake pressure and effectively handle peak volumes of work.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
- Willingness to travel in DACH.
