Position Brief
It is a regional financial planning & analyst role for business performance improvement, implementation of business strategic initiatives and tactical plans, etc.
Job Responsibilities
- Work with finance leader to represent and oversee all aspects of regional financial reporting and related compliance
- Organize to complete the annual regional business budget, track the budget implementation, analyze the input-output effect, and support the rational allocation of business resources
- Review and ensure the accuracy and timeliness for monthly closing and reporting packages. Implement and maintain adequate mechanisms and forums for reviews, decision making and escalations with finance and management teams
- Complete daily pricing, procurement, contract approval and other related work
- Evaluate technical accounting considerations relating to new business activities, collaborating with headquarters accounting team and external consultants
- Manage all financial policies and compliance procedures for the authorities' requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, with 3+ years of experience, previous financial reporting/ finance analysis/audit experience is preferred(in addition with FP&A or BP are advantaged)
- Strong communication skill is required as the role involves co-ordination cross functions. Strong learning ability and initiative, able to adapt to the rapidly changing business environment
- Strong business sense, integrity and decision thinking.a self-starter, being result driven and highly motivated individual, be able to cope with pressure and deliver under tight deadline between conflicting priorities
- ACCA / CMA/CIMA or equivalent certifications and knowledge of reporting requirements
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, e-commerce is preferred
- English proficiency is necessary, speaking Chinese are plus
