Operation centers are set in Shanghai, Jiangsu, Ningbo, Lianyungang, Qingdao, Tianjin etc. Owning a bonded warehouse of 60,000 square meters at Yangshan Port Shanghai combining processing, logistic park, bonded zone all together. - Daily order taking from customers and filing;
- Daily order dispatching to operation departments or vendors;
- Track order fulfillment progress;
- Input order information into project management system;
- Generate report from the system upon project manager's instructions;
- In time reporting for any service or operation issue;
- Trouble shooting;
- Business trip either in Netherlands or over the EU countriees while necessary.
- Fluent speaking and writing in English and Italian with Chinese as mother language;
- Experienced in using Microsoft Office applications;
- Above experience in customer service rep;
- Good record of integrity in past working experience;
- Positive attitude of teamwork;
- Proactiveness in thinking and trouble shooting, instead of just presenting issues or forwarding emails.
- Logistics working experience for 3 years;
- Fluent in a English and Italian;
- Holding Working permit or Visa in Schengen area
- Driving Licence
