We root in Yangtze River Delta and radiate our branch around the world. Operation centers are set in Shanghai, Jiangsu, Ningbo, Lianyungang, Qingdao, Tianjin etc. Owning a bonded warehouse of 60,000 square meters at Yangshan Port Shanghai combining processing, logistic park, bonded zone all together. Branch office located around Europe, USA, Australia, Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, totally 186 countries forming our own logistic network. Devoted to serve our customers with outstanding but convenient logistic service no matter it is import/export from China or from foreign countries to a third country. Job Description
  • Daily order taking from customers and filing; 
  • Daily order dispatching to operation departments or vendors; 
  • Track order fulfillment progress; 
  • Input order information into project management system; 
  • Generate report from the system upon project manager's instructions;
  • In time reporting for any service or operation issue; 
  • Trouble shooting; 
  • Business trip either in Netherlands or over the EU countriees while necessary.



Compulsory Qualificaiton
  • Fluent speaking and writing in English and Italian with Chinese as mother language; 
  • Experienced in using Microsoft Office applications; 
  • Above experience in customer service rep; 
  • Good record of integrity in past working experience; 
  • Positive attitude of teamwork; 
  • Proactiveness in thinking and trouble shooting, instead of just presenting issues or forwarding emails.



Preferred Background
  • Logistics working experience for 3 years; 
  • Fluent in a English and Italian; 
  • Holding Working permit or Visa in Schengen area 
  • Driving Licence
