Company Introduction

The parent company of NEST Scientific Europe B.V, Wuxi Nest Biotechnology, was founded in 2009. Adhering to the belief of "making high-end consumables and creating internationally renowned brands", it focuses on the research, development and manufacturing of products in the field of life science. Wuxi Nest is now one of the world's leading manufacturers of plastic consumables for life sciences. 


With the continuous increase of overseas business volume, in order to speed up the logistics of products reaching customers, Wuxi Nest start laying out the global strategy and the US subsidiary was established in the US in 2013 as the first step. NEST Scientific USA owns a 48,000ft warehouse in Phoenix and a 36,000ft warehouse in New Jersy to ensure the presence in both US west and east coast. 


In the year of 2022, to further expand our footprints globally, also a request for more timely service from Wuxi Nest’s accumulating customers, we have set up subsidiaries in Netherland, UAE and Japan copying our US successful experience.


Job Responsibilities
  • Expand and manage local sales team in Europe
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets 
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting distributor relationships
  • Partner with distributors to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Create new sales leads and develop new distribution channels to expand customer base
  • Feedback and analyze market information, customer demands, product requests, and competition information
  • Provide management with weekly sales report updating sales progress
  • Perform other sales works assigned by management to meet business challenges
  • Organize to host customer visits and coordinate to attend trade shows


Job Requirements
  • College or university degree in life science (chemistry, cytology, biology, genetics etc.) or business field preferred
  • Proven track record in selling life science related products
  • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
  • Proficient in English(written and oral). German or French is a plus, but not required.
  • Possess good commercial, communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Work independently with proactive, energetic and enthusiastic personality
  • Able and willing to travel throughout the assigned sales territory nationally and internationally
