Job description:


1. 负责客户微信/邮件/电话的咨询与答疑,针对客户咨询,提供有效的解决方案并闭环记录和反馈。
2. 对每日的订单进行核对,对差异部分及时沟通,和记录上报。
3. 基于客户数据,对运营现状进行分析,推动客服部门运营优化。
4. 协调跨部门沟通工作,保障各项协调服务水平稳定提升。



Requirements:


1. 中文和英语流利。
2. 持有效工签或荷兰本地身份。
3. 全职工作,入职后会有一周的培训,各部门同事协助融入。
4. 居家办公,每周需一次办公室工作。
5. 熟练使用MS Office等办公系统。
6. 有客服,零售行业经验优先,会荷兰语优先。



Job description:


1. Responsible for customer inquiries and Q&A by WeChat/email/phone, providing effective solutions for customer inquiries and feedback.
2. Check daily orders, communicate and report discrepancies in a timely manner.
3. Based on customer data, analyze and optimize the operation status of customer service department operation.
4. Coordinate cross-departmental communication to ensure the improvement of all coordinated services.



Job Requirements: 


1. Fluent in Chinese and English.
2. With valid work visa or Dutch PR/nationality.
3. Full time, one week of training after joining the company, with the help of colleagues from different departments.
4. Working from home, office work is required once a week.
5. Proficient in MS Office and other office systems.
6. Experience in customer service, retail industry is preferred, Dutch language is a plus.
