Sales Manager
Scope: Food Raw Materials in Western Europe
Responsibilities:
1. Set up sales target according to company/department target
2. Set up sales plan according to company sales strategy
3. Develop sales channels to achieve the sales target
4. Maintain good customer relationship
5. Adhere to all company policies and business ethics codes, working under company procedures and controlling sales expenses
6. Assist and support relevant marketing activities
7. Complete non-finance KPI indicators and any other tasks assigned by line manager
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree or above In International Trading Major or equivalent
2. Five years min. food/feed raw materials sales experience or equivalent
3. Fluent in English and Spanish speaking is preferred
4. Good computer skills
5. Adaptable to Multi-National Software internal processes
6. Ability to get in details, and solve problems
7. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
8. Teamwork mindset
9. Dynamic and energetic with ability to work well under pressure
Qualification Requirement:
New employees will enter the probation period after passing the training and can only work independently after passing the proficiency test.
