Junior Supply Chain Intern



Your responsibilities: 


Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Controlling, that is what our Supply Chain team is all about. The supply chain intern is responsible for supporting the Supply Chain team in inventory planning, customer order management, statistical analysis and database management. In this role, you will also have the opportunity to provide arrangements for Import and Export Transportation and custom clearance, Pan-European transportation and coordinate and communicate with our Sales and Operations departments.



Your key tasks: 


1. Contact and manage suppliers on forecast, capacity and production challenges.
2. Contact and manage clients on inbound and shipment request.
3. Ensure optimal stock management at the various stock locations, taking lead
times, safety stocks and rolling forecast.

4. Manage the procurement process for small to medium value/risk projects
following the SM&P (Supplier Management & Procurement) process and
procedures manual and support other (procurement) projects as requested.
5. Import, export and cross-boarder business procedure management and custom
clearance.

6. Support implementation of inventory management systems and EDI system.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.



Job Requirements:  


1. Your higher education degree ’ s focus is in Logistic Management, Marketing Management, Economics, Business Management or similar.
2. You MUST be enrolled in a school or university for the duration of the internship. You will be asked to provide proof of enrolment.
3. Fluent in English and Chinese; other European language is a plus.
4. Have a positive energy and are excited for new things.
5. You can work with us for a minimum of 5 months, prefer 6 months.
6. You have analytical skills and basic knowledge of E-commerce, Social Media and
digital platforms.
7. You have strong organizational skills and you are able to take initiative and work
independently.
8. Driving license is a plus. Plenty of opportunities for personal and professional growth in an international environment.  2
