Job Description:


The Directory of EMEA Cybersecurity is responsible for understanding the cybersecurity threat landscape, supporting Our client efforts to secure their products and services, and working to educate and spread awareness of cybersecurity best practices in the video surveillance industry.




Essential Job Functions:


· Knowledge of network security architectures and strategies.
· Understanding of the vulnerability management lifecycle and CVE/NVD.
· Familiar with cybersecurity and privacy laws and standards in the EMEA.
· A working understanding of the video surveillance industry and industry risks.
· Comfortable and effective at public speaking at conferences, industry events, and customer meetings.
· Develop and deliver education and awareness content for internal and external audiences.
· Identify and interpret information security risks and threats in Hikvision IP products.
· Analyze security threats and recommend solutions that align with the Company's information security strategy to achieve business goals.
· Prepare content for external and internal communications on cybersecurity, including webinars, presentations, and written communications.
· Work closely with other departments, such as the Product Management Department, Technology Department, and the R&D team in Headquarters, to address security issues.
· Respond to security-related questions from customers.
· Coordinate with Marketing Department to develop marketing materials, such as internal sales guides, external PR announcements, etc. regarding the security features in Hikvision products.
· Provide security training to internal sales and external customers when needed.
· Ability to regularly travel throughout the EMEA, and internationally on occasion.



Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


· Approximately 10 years of experience in information security.
· Expertise in cybersecurity and risk management.
· Bachelor of Science degree in cybersecurity, information technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
· Industry certification preferred (CISSP, C|EH, etc.)
· Experience in the Physical Security Market, strong knowledge of CCTV IP products and cybersecurity risks preferred.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
· Able to communicate actively and efficiently with all levels of the organization.
