MAIN PURPOSE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Process, sort, and route incoming and outgoing mail related to EU orders
2. Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers
3. Creating and processing orders in respective ERP system, processing requests for rush orders, and reviewing pending orders and customer requests
4. Answer phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate party
5. Perform other administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files, drafting and proofreading correspondence
6. Liaise with BU International as well as, sales and logistics departments to ensure orders are processed effectively
7. Active collaboration with Solplanet International. (Corporate in China)




REQUIREMENTS:


1. 1-3 years of relevant experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative or sales support role
2. Experience in a PV industry sales environment an advantage
3. A distinct customer satisfaction focus

4. Ability to handle high volume of phone calls and emails
5. Ability to prioritize and problem solving
6. The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment
7. Strong work ethics and team player
8. Strong Microsoft windows and office skills (Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience an advantage)
9. A hungry go-getter with a strong can-do and hands-on attitude
10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills – particularly verbal communication skills




RELEVANT EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:


EDUCATION: Bachelor degree or associate degree
Major in international trade, logistic, etc


LANGUAGE: Native Dutch speaking is a must!
English (Advanced level). 3rd language skills would be a plus


EXPERIENCES: 1-3 years of relevant experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative or sales support role
