Our client company's photovoltaic inverters, energy storage systems and EV chargers are manufactured in compliance with international high-quality standards.
1. Responsible for the technical support including pre-sales and after sales, for the Netherlands market and some other market when they need emergency help
2. Present and introduce company’s product and solution, answer customer’s questions, clear up any technical doubts before formal business cooperation
3. Give technical training to our customers and go to plant site to guide installation and commissioning
4. Give technical presentation and speech in all kinds of conference and marketing activities, to promote company’s influence
5. Fully distinguish and understand customer and market requirement, track industry trend and market changes, feedback new requirement to HQ in time
6. Analyze and troubshooting the problems on site after sales, remove the problems and recovery generation ASAP. Conduct friendly technical communication with customers to eliminate customers' technical doubts about products and company
Key Result Areas and Characteristics:
1. Good ability in quick learning and sense of responsibility. Able to distinguish and fully understanding customer or market requirement. Ability in complete task independently
2. Good interpersonal communication skills, be able to express fluently and respond quickly
3. Be sensitive to changes in the needs of customers and photovoltaic market
4. Strong ability to take great pressure, willing to travel through the market area
Relevant experience and qualifications:
1. EDUCATION: Bachelor above in renewable energy, electric, electronic, automation related
2. LANGUAGE: Good ability in English and Dutch for technical and commercial communication
3. KNOWLEAGE: Knowledgeable in solar system design, device & component selection, and installation and maintenance. Good understanding in market requirement and policy of local solar and storage industry
4. EXPERIENCES: Above 5 years’ experience in solar industry
5. OTHER: Good ability in speech and presentation. Skillful in office software and engineering software such as PVsyst, PVsol, AutoCAD, etc.
