Our client company is searching for a Product Pre-sales Engineer for the technical center team. The pre-sales engineer is the primary technical resource for new product importing and promotion, tightly connect with R&D team and sales team. The position is responsible for actively driving and managing the technical assessment stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team as a key technical advisor and product advocate for our products, as well as providing proper product training to internal and external groups. The pre-sales engineer must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users.

Responsibilities:

1. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product line, market area, channel or team supported
2. Provides coaching and professional development to team-member in order to enhance their product knowledge, technical knowledge and technical sales skill
3. Prepare and delivery technical presentations that explain product or services to customers
4. Prepare, organize and delivery technical product training session for both external and internal customers
5. responsible for new product import evaluation rest and prepare the related promotion materials, include PPT and DEMO VIDEOS
6. participant into Product Education Academy course development
7. Attend fairs, tradeshows and professionally participate in booth duty at various marketing related Hikvision Events, include Exhibition, Roadshow, truck show and etc.


Your Profile:


1. Relevant experience in (IP) engineering and technical support

2. Experience in and familiarity with surveillance, ip camera,DVRs, intercom, access control or intrusion equipment is plus

3. Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a fast growing technical organization with a rapid expanding product lines

4. Ability to project a strong leadership image and foster a cooperation working relationship with colleagues and management

5. Ability to maintain positive company image and brand

6. Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly

7. Well-developed written and verbal communication in English with excellent listening, negotiating, and presentation skills

8. Well-organized and able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

9. Ability to conduct well-organized training sessions and convey technical information clearly at all levels

10. Ability to work well under pressure and effectively handle peak volumes of work

11. Have a strong sense of responsibility, willing to learn new things
