Job description:
We're looking for an HR intern to support our headhunting process in Europe and help us scale. You will be part of our Headhunting department and work closely with the senior recruiter.
 
 You'll be utilizing various channels (such as LinkedIn, TalentLyft, Wechat and etc.) and crafting Boolean strings to search, identify, and activate passive candidates, while also building strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
 
 You'll reinitiate communications with past candidates who might be interested in new opportunities; measure conversion rates in order to maintain a healthy candidate database.

-Manage the job posting on different marketing channels.
-Post job related information on various social media channels such as Wechat, LinkedIn, official website and etc.
-Provide a high-touch, positive experience for each candidate. 
-Introduce our client companies to potential candidates and improve their interests to apply.
-Follow up with client companies for the job posting service.
-Support other members of the Headhunting team by scheduling and coordinating interviews or sourcing candidates for their open roles as needed.
-Support headhunting positions posting on different social media channels.
-Maintain accurate data in our applicant tracking system (TalentLyft) and in a weekly activity tracker.

Recruitment:

-Enrolled HBO or Universities student during your internship period.

-Outstanding interpersonal skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

-A high level of proficiency in English and Chinese languages (both written and verbal).

-High level of attention to detail.

-Strong sense of urgency.

-Proactive and goal-oriented.

-Minimum work for 4 months but highly prefer 6 months with 32-40 hours per week.

-Work in the office (Rijswijk) is required. Hybrid work is possible (minimum 3 days in the office).
