Our client company in Hoofddorp is now looking for an enthusiastic and experienced HR Intern who will support the HR Team. This role will cover proximately 60% of recruitment and 40% HR administration.




Job description:

Recruitment; Recruitment from A to Z:


1. Creating and posting advertisements and job ads
2. Keeping the website careers page up-to-date
3. Searching for recruitment tools and social media channels
4. Contact person for agencies and recruitment channels
5. Arranging the first round interviews; contacting the candidates
6. Making employment contracts, files, recruitment plan and introduction
7. Making overview of recruitment data

HR administration:


1. Handle employee onboarding and resignation procedures
2. Supporting with payroll related questions
3. Back up and support all other kinds of HR administration tasks: maintaining the systems, contracts, letters etc.


You are:


An experienced, professional, enthusiastic and reliable person, who has an eye for detail and works accurately. You enjoy working in an international environment where every day is different. You are flexible, hands-on, a team player and have an understanding for different cultures. Your personal and communication skills in English (written and verbal) are excellent. Knowledge of another language is a plus.
