Job description:

1. 负责欧洲区域技术支持，通过远程和驻点支持快速响应需求，保障一线技术问题及时解决；

2. 定期访问区域经销商门店，组织和执行新产品驻点技术培训以及店端人员在岗提升培训等，通过各种形式的培训持续提高区域技术诊断能力；
3. 立刻响应所负责的区域出现的紧急问题，并提供解决方案直至事件关闭，编辑和发布技术升级通知；
4. 定期反馈市场发生的常见问题，提供改善方案和建议，并汇总和编写典型技术维修案例。

1.Responsible for the regional technical support in Europe, respond and provide technical solutions quickly through service portal, remote diagnostics and onsite support.
2.Regional regular visit, organize meeting, workshop and other activities with regional partners and headquarter to continuously improve regional technical capability. Organise and carry out onsite technical training for new product launch, level training program and on-the-job training program in accordance with relevant stakeholders.
3.Regional special event management, timely onsite support with quick solutions, technical research and analysis according to stakeholder’s instructions. Development and release the technical notice, typical technical repair cases.
4.Collect and report information for typical fault tendency, latest and critical fault, and promote instant solution of quality problems.

Requirements:
1.本科及以上学历，两年以上相关工作经验，新能源汽车行业背景优先；
2.优秀的跨文化沟通能力和协作能力，流利的中英文表达，同时掌握其它欧洲语言优先；
3.抗压能力强，有优秀的时间管理能力；
4.能适应欧洲内经常性出差和到中国出差。

1. Bachelor's degree or above, more than 2 years’ relevant experience and experience in the new energy vehicle is preferred.
2.Strong cross culture communication skills and cross-function coordination ability. Fluent English and mandarin speaking, other European languages are a plus.  
3.Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines in a dynamic environment Technical background is preferable Willingness to frequent trips in Europe and travel to China.
