Your main tasks will include:


1. Lead the After-sales team to support Benelux technical projects;
2.  Work with R&D department with system upgrading;
3. Handle Customer complaints of product quality problem, and follow-up internal improvement
countermeasures, fast tracking and facilitating timely closure;
4. Organize and promote the handling measures of customer complaints, including return, spare parts,
maintenance, upgrades, claims, etc.;
5. Customer quality and after-sales agreement review;
6. The establishment, maintenance and management of after-sales channels, timely warning and
improvement of products with major quality problems;
7. Regularly summarize customer complaints, provide quality risk cases, regularly summarize
maintenance technology accumulation, and produce maintenance manuals.



Job Qualifications:


1. Bachelor’s degree or above in computer, internet or automation, with 3- 5 years of related work
experience;
2. Have work proficiency in at least one trendy operating system;
3. Have good language and expression skills, fluent in English and Chinese, Dutch language is a big
plus;
4. Be able to write requirements analysis, solutions or other programs;
5. Have the skills of using database, and have relevant experience;
6. Have work experience as an after-sales or technical support manager;
7. Have experience with customer communication.
