1. Manage / monitor international shipping (of orders)
2. Audit, track, maintain and report out on quality metrics
3. Analyze processes, procedures, and systems in order to identify improvement possibilities
4. Coordinate and ensure the successful execution of Logistics projects
5. Prepare freight forwarder and customs documentation
6. Fulfil customs declarations according the local regulations
7. European logistics front warehouse management
8. Process owner for logistic and customs, streamlines shipping, transportation processes
9. Handling import and export operations within the EU and between EU and non-EU
2. At least (HBO) degree in Logistics/SCM or business-related major
3. Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP or other related) and specifically supply chain management systems
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-driven environment
5. Organizational ability. Attention to detail and consistent follow-through on tasks
6. Fluency in English language and Chinese. Being able to speak Dutch will be a plus
