They are present today in USA, Europe, China, Korea, Japan, Hong Kong and South East Asia. Over the years, They have developed market relevant B2C capabilities special thanks to their partnership with a couple of the world’s leading eCommerce platforms. Given this know-how, it is their aim to empower Small & Medium Enterprise (SME) clients in the B2B market with B2C delivery experience and market competitive rates.


Job description: 


•Support regional CEO to set up and implement all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures in the region.
•Identify and company’s hiring needs and execute, manage talent and succession planning.
•Design and implement effective training and development plans.
•Support function head to perform quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
•Manage complex employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievance, absence, retirement and redundancy.
•Respond to employees’ queries and resolve the issue in a timely and professional manner.  
•Responsible for the purchase, reception, maintenance of daily office supplies and equipment.
•Other tasks assigned by the regional CEO.



Your qualifications, Knowledge, Experience & Skills:


•Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources or a relevant field.
•At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
•Proficient in English in both written and verbal, Dutch or Chinese is plus.
•Good knowledge of local labour legislation.
•Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
•Solid problem-solving and team management abilities.
•Highly-motivated and reliable with the ability to take initiative.
