Our client company is a technology enabled international courier company that offers end-to-end delivery. Founded in 2013, our corporate goal has been to help our global clients simplify their cross-border deliveries with a stable end-to-end and cost effective solution. They are present today in USA, Europe, China, Korea, Japan, Hong Kong and South East Asia. Over the years, They have developed market relevant B2C capabilities special thanks to their partnership with a couple of the world’s leading eCommerce platforms. Given this know-how, it is their aim to empower Small & Medium Enterprise (SME) clients in the B2B market with B2C delivery experience and market competitive rates.
• Responsible for revenue and cost accounting and gross profit analysis based on projects or customers.
• Responsible for uploading or inputting invoices and business data in settlement system.
• Responsible for AR/AP management, arranging payment to suppliers and chasing on customers’ payment.
• Responsible for checking and processing of purchase invoices according to the existing procedures and booking journal entries in finance system.
• Prepares weekly payments and weekly cash flow report.
• Prepares expenses report and other documents required of financial statement monthly.
Your qualifications, Knowledge, Experience & Skills:
• Bachelor Degree or above in Finance or Accounting.
• 2+ years of experience as an accountant or in the finance department, relevant experience in an international commercial organization (Logistics experience is a plus).
• A good knowledge and understanding of NL or IFRS accounting principles.
• Business proficiency in English, good oral and written communication skills, Chinese or Dutch will be a plus.
• Strong work ethic & attention to detail.
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Experience with Exact system (or alike) will be a plus.

• Is professional and credible.
• Holds domain knowledge and stays updated.
• Cooperative working relationships throughout the organization.
