1. Leading food safety and quality control systems at production site (HACCP, BRC, and FSSC-22000).
2. Being available at production site, signalling any quality deficiencies and supporting the production with efficient and practical solutions.
3. Managing training for colleagues and management around quality.
4. Responsible for complying with regulatory requirements regarding labelling and packaging.
5. Collaboration with external food safety and quality control auditing body at location.
1. 1-2 years working experience.
2. English is a must, Dutch is preferred, and knowing Chinese and Cantonese are pluses.
Our client company is located in Capelle aan den Ijssel, next to Rotterdam. They have been producing Dim Sum and Chinese bakery products since 1982 with sales channels in retail, wholesalers and more through Europe. They are selling their leading dim sum products under the brand Delico for more than 30 years.
