Junior sales

The function

The company is looking for a results-driven Mandarin speaking Junior Sales to introduce the products in food industry to customers and to increase the market share in various markets. Within the company, the sales executive is responsible for the entire sales cycle. From addressing prospects (business development) to looking for new opportunities to increase the service to existing customers. The team is multicultural and consists of enthusiastic professionals full of drive and ambition. The culture is dynamic and fast.


What you'll do

You are responsible for the sales activities:

1. You will search, create, manage and grow your own portfolio of clients, generate the leads by cold calling, marketing, chat and e-mail then follow up on these leads;
2. Using your strong interpersonal skills, and stellar communication skills to gain your clients’ trust, close sales and meet weekly KPI;
3. Creating the sales confirmation and order picking list;
4. Communicating with the warehouse to ensure and complete the orders;
5. Tracking interactions, transactions and comments of customers and resolving complaints;
6. Supporting sales campaigns initiated by Marketing;
7. Studying the markets to advice purchase team.


What you'll need

1. Native Mandarin speaker and fluent in English;
2. 0-2 years’ experience in relative business development role;
3. Excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills;
4. Driven to close deals and make a difference;
5. Finding your own leads and through extensive cold calling you will break down barriers and go the extra mile to ensure you stand out to clients;
6. You are self-motivated to keep going even when things get tough, that you’re eager to learn, can handle constructive criticism, and you won’t give it up and keep trying;
7. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule;
