Job description
We are looking for an ambitious Project Coordinator/PM Assistant who wants to be part of a team with enthusiastic colleagues who put all their efforts into aligning great projects on a daily basis!
Do you have basic knowledge of architecture or construction projects? Do you want to support the Project Management team in the broadest sense? Do you have a large dose of independence, curiosity, and precision? Do you have a helicopter view so that tight deadlines can be achieved and know what is going on within multiple projects?
Then JYVM is looking for YOU and offers the ultimate start for your career (or a switch)!

Job Requirements 
1. Education background: Bachelor's Degree( Construction Management/Practice, Quantity Surveyor/Architectural related major is a plus)
2. Language ability: Chinese/English and Dutch is a plus
3. Other skills: Driving license
