Job Title
Sales/ Pricing Specialist

Job responsibilities
1. Make sales calls and provide service offers for clients;
2. Follow up with each client until they successfully make the order;
3. Actively manage the sales process, including positioning, presentation/demonstration of the product, and closing warm leads generated by marketing;
4. Conduct account research and acquire accurate contact information; call, email, and use LinkedIn to engage prospects who might be a fit for the company’s products;
5. Achieve your sales targets and performance metrics;
6. Maintain a good relationship with customers, keep detailed and accurate notes of all sales-related activities.

Job Requirements
1. Proficiency with basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel;
2. Language requirement: Fluent in Mandarin and English, at least B1 level of Dutch is also required;
3. Experience with supply chain industry;
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
5. Good empathy and listening skills to de-escalate situations and identify the underlying issues of a problem;
6. This position cannot be working remotely;
7. Able to provide a working visa for a good candidate.
