Our client company is looking for a General affairs coordinator. 

Company description:
Our client company is the world's largest supplier of video surveillance products and solutions. The company specializes in video surveillance technology, as well as designing and manufacturing a full-line of innovative CCTV and video surveillance products. The product line ranges from cameras and DVRs to video management software. Since its establishment in 2001, the company has quickly achieved a leading worldwide market position in the security industry. Our client company possesses the world's largest R&D team and state-of-art manufacturing facilities; both allow their customers the benefit of world-class products that are designed with cutting-edge technology.


Responsibilities:

Company car

· Draft, review and update the company car policy per business requirement, which also adapt to the local regulation by each country in the Europe with HR department.
· Explore/maintain reliable leasing car suppliers throughout European countries and cooperate with them to arrange a suitable car (short term and long term) with best offer for Company employees per company policy.
· Assist employee to deal with leasing car supplier for any accident or company car emergency related matters take place.

Office infrastructure and equipment management

· Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs.
· Work with multiple suppliers for the regular maintenance/repair of the office infrastructure; keep a nice working environment for the employee.
· Office energy management.

Company WEEE management

· Has knowledge of WEEE compliance require in EU countries, work with local WEEE advisor for the routine WEEE data report.
· Identify potential risk about WEEE compliance and support EU affiliates to improve internal procedure to fulfill the obligations.

Other tasks related to office admin such as

· Supporting company events.
· General affair related IT tool/workflow implementation.
· Perform procurement to payment process for responsible purchasing activities, including PO creation, supplier data maintenance, good/service acceptance, invoice validation, procurement data analysis etc.


Your profile:
    · Company car part is the most important task, you expect to have someone with rich lease car experience and knowledge about the lease car market.
    · Strong communication skills in English and local languages, both oral and written.
