We are an Air cargo charter airline, providing cargo solutions from Europe to all destinations in China.
The Operations Officer works in close cooperation with the sales team in a fast-paced, at times hectic environment.
You will be dealing with the daily challenges of behind-the-scenes processes and other tasks assigned to you.
Responsible for sales support from the moment a cargo solution has been accepted until the final delivery, you will be working closely with the Parent office located in Amsterdam Schiphol to oversee the smooth transit, resolve all issues and handle all requests by our clients to ensure the successful delivery of our client’s shipments without a hitch.
- Efficiently and Effectively handling of documents and requests from our clients
- Maintaining contact with our Ground Handling Agent in Heathrow to ensure shipments have arrived in the warehouse in good order and ensuring that they are ready for transfer
- Providing updates to our clients on the status of their shipments
- Other tasks as required in support of the running of the business
- Basic experience in a business logistics environment
- Excellent written and spoken English; Mandarin is a big plus
- Experienced user of MS Excel and Word
- Pro-active, team player, keen learner
- Able to meet the myriad requirements of our customers
