Are you the creative Learning & Development Specialist who can help our company within our Technical Center to make learning more fun and interesting and can really make a difference with us in the field of technology? Then we are looking for you!

Job responsibilities:

As L&D Specialist/Trainer, you will work with learning interventions in the field of Technology used in different security verticals within the Technical Center. You work together with experienced product specialist. Your key responsibilities include assessing training needs, creating training materials and teaching classes. L&D Specialist/Trainer need to have excellent presentation and communication skills, along with a calm and patient demeanor.
 
Role Objective:

  1. You will play a significant role in building a patient centric and customer focused organization, ensuring that our client company has the capabilities required to differentiate itself in highly competitive environment and add clear and tangible value to employees and partners.
  2. You will be responsible for initiation, development, deployment and tracking training and development programs that are aligned with the organizations strategic training goal.


Job requirements:
  1. Developing learning interventions and learning programs in various technical product updates.
  2. Coordinating the implementation of learning interventions in the business and monitoring progress.
  3. Thinking about and creating learning content such PowerPoints and video tutorials.
  4. You are result-oriented, proactive and eager to learn.
  5. You have knowledge of new forms of learning and preferably experience with creating e-modules and learning paths on an LMS.
  6. Use a variety of technical skills and software to complete production, including Final Cut Pro X, Adobe Premiere, and Adobe After Effects or related video contents tools.
  7. You have a good command of the English language in word and writing.
  8. Sending all the documents and prepare the employees or partners for their training's.
