Our client company is looking for an Area Sales Manager.
Loacation: Belgium (Remotely)

Job responsibilities:
  1. Implementation of the business unit strategy;
  2. Sales of products and services;
  3. Price negotiations, planning, budgeting and responsibility of cost centers;
  4. Support national events;
  5. Preparation of Monthly Country Review report and annual business plan;
  6. Provide support to existing customers and distributors;
  7. Support partners with sales and marketing;
  8. Organization and conduct of internal / external training;
  9. Attending meetings and elaboration of reports to the headquarter in China.

Job requirements:
  1. Strong technical attitude with the ability to understand the technical workings of the product line and convey the advanced technical product benefits to potential customers in easy-to-grasp terms.
  2. Ability to identify and convert new accounts while maintaining existing relationships
  3. Demonstrated success in operating effectively in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, complex, rapid growth environment
  4. A distinct customer service focus.
  5. Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Experience working for an international organization – a plus!
  7. Drivers license B and willingness to do lots of travels every week.
