Between 2020 and 2021, JCEX Netherlands opens 4 fulfilment warehouses with in the Netherlands and Germany, operating 5 trucks by itself to satisfy the more personalized demands by its customers.

Job responsibilities:
  1. Be the 1st backup of the sales department (Order-to-Invoice);
  2. Provide comprehensive operational support to sales department, including but not limited to account and opportunity management, and support customer responses;
  3. Solve time-sensitive sales pain points in the moment to get order goes smooth;
  4. Work cross-functionally to support sales deals;
  5. Manage relationships with our partners including carrier/warehouse/customs broker, etc;
  6. Preparation/verification/issuance of shipping, custom declaration other logistics documents;
  7. Handling of new orders and changes of existing orders;
  8. Monitoring and administrating accounts payables and accounts receivables;
  9. Generating reports to support sales and operational decision making.

Job requirements:
  1. HBO and above working and thinking level;
  2. More than one year of previous Sales Support, or equivalent experience, preferably in logistics;
  3. To be able to work tightly and accurately, comfort working under time pressure;
  4. Ability to multitask and organize multiple priorities at once;
  5. Proactive attitude (seeking and picking-up tasks waiting to be filled;
  6. Commercial understanding and service minded;
  7. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese;
  8. Good knowledge of MS Office.
