The company  is recruiting technical support engineers in Benelux.

Job responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for daily product problem handling for Benelux customers;
  2. Responsible for product promotion and technical training for Benelux customers;
  3. Responsible for on-site support of exhibitions and other events for Benelux channel customers;
  4. Responsible for project support in Benelux region;
  5. Responsible for the preparation of product technical documentation;
  6. Responsible for daily technical system & platform maintenance.

Job requirements:
1. Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin), English (reading, writing and listening);
2. Fluent in French (speaking, reading and writing) is a must;
3. Local visa/residence visa is preferred;
4. 1+ years of relevant technical, maintenance and product experience preferred;
5. Bachelor degree or above, computer, communication or electronics related majors preferred;
6. Good communication, analytical and problem solving skills;
7. Able to travel (Benelux region).
