Job responsibilities:
In this position, you are the key person to make the shipment flows. You are in constricted contact with
various suppliers and parties to offer an optimal service to the customer, and to ensure accurate handling of documentation, reports, and shipment administration.
The job responsibilities are, and are not limited to:
  1. Daily order taking from customers and filing.
  2. Solving problems and answering customer questions.
  3. Identify and provide multiple scheduling and mode of transport options.
  4. Track order fulfillment progress.
  5. In time reporting for any service or operation issue.

Job requirements:
  1. 1-2 years or more experience with air freight, sea freight, or rail freight from A to Z. 
  2. With zero experience who is willing to engage in the logistics industry is also welcomed.
  3. Degree in Logistic management, supply chain management, or any other relevant business administration major.
  4. Fluent speaking and writing in English and Mandarin. Speaking another European language is a big plus.
  5. Experienced with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  6. Hold a permanent residence permit or Dutch passport
