To support its growing strategy, Sennics Europe BV, its European subsidiary, is thus looking for a Sales Support Specialist. 

Job responsibilities:
  1. Accountable for the execution of the sales processes for assigned customer accounts in European region;
  2. Solves day-to-day problems to ensure we can deliver upon our customer promise by being the expert in the sales processes;
  3. Work closely with logistic supplies on logistics planning;
  4. After sales controlling with logistic suppliers and follow up with customers;
  5. Control and manage inventory level, inventory quality in assigned countries; 
  6. Make sure the ERP system database is up to date;
  7. Sales, Logistics and inventory reporting;
  8. Sales and logistcs adminidstrations;
  9. Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Accounting, Supply Chain and Sales Department;
  10. Involved in multi-functional Sales and Supply Chain projects and improvement;
  11. Assist on exhibition planning and presentation.

Job requirements:
  1. Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain;
  2. 1-3 years of work experience in Sales support and Sales operations positions;
  3. Good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices;
  4. Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems and MS office Suite;
  5. Excellent communication skills;
  6. Analytical and multitasking skills;
  7. Good interpersonal skills;
  8. Language skills: Fluent English and Chinese (Mandarin);
  9. Dutch working permit.
