Our client company is looking for a HR Specialist.

Our client company is the world's largest supplier of video surveillance products and solutions. The company specializes in video surveillance technology, as well as designing and manufacturing a full-line of innovative CCTV and video surveillance products. The product line ranges from cameras and DVRs to video management software. Since its establishment in 2001, the company has quickly achieved a leading worldwide market position in the security industry.

The company possesses the world's largest R&D team and state-of-art manufacturing facilities; both allow its customers the benefit of world-class products that are designed with cutting-edge technology.

Our client company is now looking for an enthusiastic and experienced HR Specialist who will support the HR Team. This role will cover proximately 80% of recruitment and 20% HR administration.

Job responsibilities:
  1. Communicate with current and potential clients via telephone, email, online chat, or social media;
  2.  Recruitment;  Recruitment from A to Z;
  3. Creating and posting advertisements and job ads;
  4. Keeping the website careers page up-to-date;
  5. Searching for recruitment tools and social media channels;
  6. Contact person for agencies and recruitment channels;
  7. Arranging the first round interviews; contacting the candidates;
  8. Making employment contracts, files, recruitment plan and introduction;
  9. Making overview of recruitment data;
  10. Back up and support all other kinds of HR administration tasks: maintaining the systems, contracts, letters etc.

Job requirements:
  1. An experienced, professional, enthusiastic and reliable person, who has an eye for detail and works accurately;
  2. Have 3+ year experience in HR field;
  3. You enjoy working in an international environment where every day is different;
  4. You are flexible, hands-on, a team player and have an understanding for different cultures;
  5. Your personal and communication skills in English (written and verbal) are excellent;
  6. Knowledge of another language is a plus.
