Our client company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist.

Our client company is one of the best logistics providers in Europe, with companies in Italy and Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg), and they offer the best logistics solutions with the best freight rates.

Job responsibilities:
  1. Communicate with current and potential clients via telephone, email, online chat, or social media;
  2. Listen attentively to questions and concerns and respond promptly with a resolution according to company guidelines;
  3. Maintain a courteous and calm manner at all times to de-escalate stressful situations;
  4. Document personal information to create, update, or adjust customer accounts;
  5. Provide and respond to feedback about any aspect of the job or its duties;
  6. Talk to the clients and handle their shipments with our subcontractors and warehouses;
  7. Answer inbound calls or generate outbound calls, in some cases cold calling to follow up on orders.
  8. 50% of the contacts will be Chinese but there will also be other contact from other countries.

Job requirements:
  1. Proficiency with basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel;
  2. Language requirement: Fluent in Mandarin and English, Italian is a plus;
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  4. Good empathy and listening skills to de-escalate situations and identify the underlying issues of a problem;
  5. This position cannot be working remotely;
  6. Need to have a legal working visa.
