Our client company is looking for a Business Development Manager.

Ours client company take video image processing technology as the core, integrating artificial intelligence, satellite positioning, Internet of Things sensors, vehicle electronics engineering and wireless communication technologies, gradually developed a systematic and intelligent series of terminal products and industry solutions, applied to public transportation, rental, and other types of commercial vehicles, to achieve vehicle public safety monitoring. We maintain a high market share in many sub-sectors around the world (U.S. school buses, domestic taxi/net-contractor solutions, domestic bus solutions, domestic two passenger and one dangerous solutions high-end market, etc.).

Job responsibilities:
  1. Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs;
  2. Prospect and qualify new sales leads;
  3. Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers;
  4. Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.;
  5. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events;
  6. Developing quotes and proposals for clients;
  7. Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met;
  8. Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones;
  9. Finding and developing new markets and improving sales;
  10. Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets;
  11. Seek out the appropriate contact in an organisation.

Job requirements:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
  2. 3+ year working experience in sales,marketing or related field;
  3. Preferably with experience in car video, camera and other related industries;
  4. Strong communication skills and IT fluency;
  5. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task;
  6. Excellent organizational skills;
  7. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
  8. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  9. Native or nearly native German speaking.
  10. If you are not native German, you must be fluent in German and have lived and worked in Germany for at least 5 years.

Work location:
München or München area (Currently working remotely)
