Job responsibilities:
  1. Cooperate with sales to do pre-sales product technical explanations, product demonstrations, and technical points to answer questions;
  2. Responsible for on-site installation and implementation and equipment debugging during product delivery;
  3. Provide professional services to local customers, handle abnormal situations during product use, troubleshoot problems, and solve them;
  4. Collect and aggregate customer needs, after-sales technical data feedback, and timely feedback to relevant responsible persons to help improve the product;
  5. According to customer needs, compile technical documents and feed them back to the headquarters product and R & D team to make them realize the customer's need.

3. 为当地客户提供专业服务,处理在产品使用过程中出现的异常情况,排查问题并解决;

5. 根据客户需求,整理成技术文档反馈给总部产品及研发团队进行需求变更。


Job requirements:
  1. 计算机软件/通信专业本科或以上学历;
  2. 具备2年以上商用科技产品、智能化设备或整体解决方案技术支持工作经验优先考虑;
  3. 德语/英语及中文听、说、读、写能力佳;
  4. 熟悉软件、硬件、网络相关等知识,能够独立排查并解决技术问题;
  5. 工作主动积极性强,沟通能力强,能适应长期海外生活。
